New NEWPORT FLOWER SHOW "Eden...A Personal Paradise"— Newporters have always taken great pride in their landscapes, considered central to summer life and entertaining. It was, in fact , the estate gardeners of Newport who came together in 1890 to form a horticultural society and offered prizes in what was Newport’s first organized flower show. The Newport Flower Show is held on the historic grounds of Rosecliff.
